pH Water Ionizers always strives to give the best deals to our customers. We offer free shipping worldwide and tax free (*) with the purchase of any of our water ionizer machines. Our customers’ satisfaction and trust is of utmost importance and is the reason that we have maintained the success that we have.
All of our products are shipped through UPS along with a tracking number to enable you to follow your package’s journey.
*We offer tax free purchases except for California customers.
Return Policy
We offer a 60 day free trial for you to give one of our great Alkaline Water Ionizers a try. We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your new water ionizer that we offer this 60 day guarantee with full money back on return. If within the first 60 days following the purchase of your water ionizer you become unsatisfied for any reason, we will give you a full refund minus our 15% restocking fee.
The unit must still be in as-new condition and in the original packaging. “As-new condition” means that the ionizer has no scratches, is not damaged or broken in any way, and includes all parts, manuals, DVDs, etc. The original shipping charges are deducted from the customer’s refund, and the customer must pay for the return shipping charges as well.
All wholesale purchases are final. Units that were obtained through financing or leasing options may not be returned.
All returns must be authorized by pH Water Ionizers and the customer must receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) prior to return.
You will receive notification of your refund from us after we have processed the returned item. You should expect a refund to be fully processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of the returned item.
