Warranty on Jupiter Science Water Ionizers

We have made the decision to increase the warranty on our Jupiter Science Water Ionizers in order to match and beat that of our competitors. All of our models are exceptionally reliable and built to last for many years.

From now on, any Jupiter Water Ionizer purchased carries the IonLife Lifetime Warranty. The IonLife Warranty covers your water ionizer for life (the first five years from purchase) on all parts and 100% on any labor. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

When the first five years has passed, the customer is then responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping costs. This warranty does not cover damage inflicted by willful misuse or buildup of hard water calcium deposits.

Any water ionizer that is unable to be fully repaired will be replaced by a model of equal value. This does not include the Ultra Techno Water Ionizers as they have a two year warranty.

Please note: As stated above, the warranty will not cover damage that has been caused by willful consumer neglect, or for damage caused by hard water calcium deposit buildup (where applicable).

Jupiter Science offers repair depots along both the east and west coasts, as well as one of the largest water ionizer dealer networks in the USA.

The customer must call us prior to return in order to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
